About Us

Barrique Fine Wines imports and distributes premium wines from France, with a particular emphasis on Burgundy. Available for purchase by the general public and the wholesale trade alike, we have some of the finest examples of these wines available in Australia today.

We also work with other importers and distributors, securing allocations of wines that meet our uncompromising quality and value criteria. We are now able to offer wines from all over France, Spain, Italy, South Africa and New Zealand throughout the year.

Most recently - since the beginning of 2011 - we are delighted to be working directly with an increasing number of Australian wineries to bring you the best that this country has to offer. With so much beautiful wine available on our own doorstep it would have been silly not to!

Our wines are shipped straight to climate-controlled storage and we deliver them direct from there to your home or office, restaurant or store - or anywhere else that suits. We don't have to support a retail store so we are able to pass on the cost savings to you, and we always aim to have the best prices in the country.

We are passionate about wine. We like to taste it, we like to talk about it and, most of all, we like to drink it. 

We're pretty passionate about what we sell too. If we wouldn't drink it, we wouldn't sell it; if we wouldn't want it in our cellars, we wouldn't put it in yours; and if we weren't happy with the price, we wouldn't expect you to pay it. It isn't a difficult concept really but we're happy to base our reputation on it.
