Product Profile
Long Rail Gully Pinot Gris 2011
Light-Medium Bodied, Dry, White, Pinot Gris, Drink now or over the next 2-3 years, 12.1% alc.
Tasting Notes
Flavoursome ripe fruit was fermented at low temperature to retain freshness and fruit character and a small portion was finished with barrel fermentation and lees aged to add weight and complexity to the palate. The result is a complex wine with a soft luscious palate showing plenty of peach and pear flavours.
A great food wine or equally enjoyable on its own - dangerously drinkable in fact!
