Tasting Notes

Follow rolling dry hills through gleaming orchards and lavender scented olive groves and you will arrive at Le Rosé du Vallon's home. Gentle artisan viticulture using the most environmentally sensitive practice works well alongside a winery that uses the latest technologies.

Fifteen year old Mouvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah vines grow in the most hallowed soils. The vineyards nestle into the valley (vallon), protected from the Mistral wind whilst overlooking the salty, shimmering Mediterranean ocean.

This fragrant, delicate, light and pure rosé is benchmark Provencal pink.
