Product Profile
Eden Road The Long Road Riesling 2010
Light-Bodied, Dry, White, Riesling, Drink Now or Cellar.
Tasting Notes
From a single vineyard in Holt, ACT, this brightly fruited, delicate and racy Riesling is classic Canberra district in style. It has notes of lime, talc and stone notes on the nose while the palate is taut and very detailed, with lime, citrus and persistent, salty minerality. Very long and fresh.
"Super-attractive fine citrus aromas here - grapefruits and limes - plenty of savoury, steely minerals and crushed rocks, and some light, fresh herbs too. The palate's scintillatingly crisp and lively: really assertive and mouth-watering freshness here, with lime-juice flavours that run deep. Some hints of nectarine through the finish." 93 points.
