Tasting Notes
This climate from the prestigious southern Côte de Beaune provides grapes that offer exceptional maturity and complexity. The bouquet, although still a bit quiet, has notes of eucalyptus and dark fruit basket. The mouth is full of fresh fruit and spice, with a dominance of ripe raspberry accompanying a fine touch of oak. The wine finishes with strawberry flavours framing the already rounded tannins.

Red geraniums flowering from old clay pots surround the 18th century farmhouse of this beautiful domain. They produce wonderful classic Burgundies which over the years have won many medals. In 1973 the management of the domain was passed on to Fernard and wife Catherine whose passion and love for wines of this region have shaped the ethos of this vineyard. This passion is now in the hands of their sons Pablo and Vincent. They cultivate under organic methods, which include some cultivation by horse allowing minimum compaction of the earth.
