Tasting Notes
There are spicy notes and anise on the nose. The mouth is a flood of ripe material, lively and concentrated. This is a great wine from the Côte de Beaune, which should ideally wait a few years in the cellar to deliver its best.

Red geraniums flowering from old clay pots surround the 18th century farmhouse of this beautiful domain. They produce wonderful classic Burgundies which over the years have won many medals. In 1973 the management of the domain was passed on to Fernard and wife Catherine whose passion and love for wines of this region have shaped the ethos of this vineyard. This passion is now in the hands of their sons Pablo and Vincent. They cultivate under organic methods, which include some cultivation by horse allowing minimum compaction of the earth.
