Barrique Fine Wines's maximum aggregate liability for all losses, damages and other amounts referred to in
the above exclusion of liability under any cause of action referred to in the above exclusion of liability is
limited to AUD$50.00.

agents, contractors, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, claims, proceedings,

Returns and Refunds Policy
Barrique Fine Wines is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We
endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock, that pricing is true and
correct, and that the wines have been described accurately.
Where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased you can
choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Cancelled Orders
Any cancellation will incur a $20 administration fee as well as a collection fee at the prevailing rate if the wine
has been dispatched.

Delivery Charges and Policy
Charges
In most cases we offer free freight on all orders of $250 and more.
Any order of less than $250 will attract a freight charge of $10.
Packing / freight charges may apply to mixed six packs and dozens. For mixed packs other than those
advertise please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Any orders of less than six bottles will be subject to packing and freight charges at the prevailing rate. Please
contact us to discuss your requirements.
Regional Australia
Where exceptional freight charges are likely to be incurred we will contact you to discuss likely additional
freight charges before processing your order.
International Deliveries
We work closely with our international shipping partner and are able to offer competitive shipping rates for
international orders. However, all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are payable in
the destination country by the purchaser or recipient. Please contact us directly to discuss international
deliveries.
WE WILL NOT ADD FREIGHT CHARGES TO YOUR ORDER, OTHER THAN IN THE CASE OF THE $10
CHARGE FOR ANY ORDER OF LESS THAN $250, WITHOUT CONFIRMING ANY SUCH CHARGES WITH
YOU FIRST.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of receipt and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10
business days depending on your location within Australia. To avoid undue delays, please ensure that the
wine is being sent to a business hours address or there is an "authority to leave".
A person under 18 years of age must not take delivery of any alcohol sold online, by ʻphone, fax or mail
order. If there is no "authority to leave" and no person over the age of 18 available to receive the wine our
delivery staff are required not to deliver the wine. In this instance an additional redelivery fee may apply.
Dry Zones
We can not deliver to areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or Australian
Islands that are classified as in International Waters. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your area,
please contact us.

Barrique Fine Wines Heat Policy
We reserve the right to hold orders in instances of extreme heat (obviously during the warmer months) until
there is a clear path of non-extreme temperatures between us and you. However, on your authorisation, we
can dispatch immediately noting we cannot be responsible for heat damage under these circumstances.

Ordering and Payment Policy
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.
Ordering Online
When you access the secure pages of our site your browser will be provided with an electronic certificate

Online payments can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
You will be required to add your CVN (Card Verification Number) number when entering your details. Orders
can not be processed without your CVN. The CVN is the last three digits in the row of numbers that run
along the signature strip on your Visa or Mastercard.
Ordering by Phone
Simply phone us with your order, payment and delivery details.
Date of Birth
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of
18.
We are required by law to be able to confirm your date of birth.
Orders can not be processed if you do not provide your date of birth with your first purchase. We will keep a
record of your date of birth for repeat purchases. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
Payment Security
When purchasing from Barrique Fine Wines your financial details are passed through a secure server using
the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the industry
